As part of House of Work, ICE Agency specializes in providing motivated employees in various sectors. We have built a strong reputation for connecting companies with motivated workers in logistics, technology, the agricultural sector, and the packaging industry. Our focus is on quickly and efficiently placing qualified employees in positions such as machine operators, production workers, and team leaders. Additionally, we offer experienced forklift drivers and assembly workers for a variety of tasks.

History
ICE Agency was founded in 2007 with the ambition of being a personal and committed staffing agency in Brabant. From the beginning, we have focused on providing work to employees who can and want to do something extra, with an emphasis on independence and quality. In 2014, we entered into a partnership with EG Personeel, which enabled us to expand our services and strengthen our position in the market. This was an important step that laid the foundation for further growth and development.
Since 2019, ICE Agency has been part of House of Work, combining the advantages of a powerful organization with our local charm. Within this organization, we collaborate with staffing agencies EG Personeel, Westflex, FlexWorx!, and Fix Personeel, and with reintegration center RC Westland. Thanks to this growth and development, we have become an undisputed leader in the region, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships with both companies and employees. Our ABU membership underscores our commitment to quality and professionalism, while we continue to offer fast and personal service. Today, ICE Agency serves as the hub of the labor market network in Brabant, where we are committed to the future of our employees and clients.
