Responsibilities
As a Job Coach, you are the connecting link between employees, clients, and your colleagues in recruitment, account management, planning, and administration. You help new employees get started, answer questions, offer support with personal or practical issues, and make sure everything is well organized administratively.
You are not only there during onboarding but stay involved throughout the entire process. You identify bottlenecks and actively seek solutions. In short: you ensure that our employees can do what they do best – work with pleasure.
What do we expect from you?
- You speak Polish, Romanian and/or Lithuanian, and have a good command of English or Dutch
- You are social, engaged, and a strong communicator
- You hold a valid driver’s license (category B)
- You have an affinity with people and/or experience in the staffing industry
- You are flexible and can switch easily between different situations
