Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, you are the key commercial link between potential and existing clients, and our coordinators and recruiters. You initiate contact with potential clients and build long-term relationships with existing ones. You also ensure that files are in order and that the hours worked by your client’s employees are processed weekly in accordance with the client’s CLA, the ABU CLA, and the Working Hours Act. You maintain management reports for your clients and actively contribute ideas for targeted marketing campaigns.

What makes you the perfect match?
- You have at least 2 years of recent/relevant work experience (B2B/client contact/sales)
- You hold an Artra certificate (or another HR-related education)
- You are driven and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- You hold a valid driver’s license (category B)
