We are looking for a recruiter who speaks Lithuanian and understands the culture, someone who’s motivated to help Lithuanian candidates find good jobs in the Netherlands. You will work for different clients in various sectors, helping both companies and candidates build a strong and lasting match.
As a recruiter, you are the key link between people and work. You speak the language, understand the people, and know how to build trust and make the perfect match.

Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be actively working with people every day. Our group of companies is constantly looking for migrant workers for our clients. You know exactly where to find the best talent and how to get them excited about the positions we offer.
In this role, you're not just a recruiter; you're a driven individual who continuously searches for smart solutions and improvements to our processes. This includes:
- Keeping our databases and P4F system up-to-date.
- Actively approaching and guiding candidates through their application process.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best match for our clients.
What do we expect from you?
An enthusiastic, eager-to-learn employee with strong communication skills and a driving license, who is looking for a full-time position (40 hours per week). You master the Lithuanian and English languages, are result-oriented, have a clear opinion, and always strive for the best results both in teamwork and individually. More importantly, you are looking for a place where you can develop yourself and enjoy your work. Your workplace will be between our offices in The Hague and Roosendaal.
