Do you want to make a difference for our Romanian-speaking employees?
As a Job Coach at House of Work, you are the main point of contact for our Romanian-speaking temporary employees in the workplace. You regularly visit the locations where they work, get to know the employees and stay up to date with what is happening on the work floor.
You stay in touch, answer work-related questions and notice when something needs extra attention. Of course, you are not doing this alone. You work closely with your colleagues at House of Work and make sure that questions, information or points of attention reach the right person.
The result? Our employees know who they can turn to, and you help create a positive working environment where people feel supported and communication runs smoothly.
It is a social and varied role in which you are regularly on the road, meet many different people and no two days are exactly the same.

Responsibilities
As a Job Coach, you will regularly be present on the work floor. You visit the locations where our employees work and are the main point of contact for our Romanian-speaking temporary employees. By being visible and approachable, you build strong relationships with them and know what is happening in the workplace.
You answer work-related questions, discuss important matters and identify any issues or challenges. Where possible, you take action yourself. When necessary, you involve the right colleague within House of Work.
You work closely with colleagues from departments such as Recruitment, Planning and Account Management. The Account Manager is responsible for contact with the client, while you share relevant information from the work floor and coordinate important matters with the Account Manager.
Alongside your contact with employees, you make sure that the administrative tasks related to your work are kept up to date. This allows you to combine being present on the work floor with strong internal collaboration and ensures that important information reaches the right people.
What do we expect from you?
For this position, we are mainly looking for someone who connects easily with people and is confident in different situations. You understand what is happening on the work floor, are comfortable starting a conversation and know when to handle something yourself and when to involve a colleague.
In addition:
- You speak Romanian and have a good command of Dutch
- You are social, approachable and a strong communicator
- You have a category B driving licence
- You can switch quickly between different situations and think in solutions
- You are independent and flexible, while also enjoying working as part of a team
Experience in the staffing industry is a plus, but not a requirement. We find it more important that you are comfortable working with different people and take responsibility for your role.
